Nextdoor Forest Hills Okemos – Next Door allows you to engage with your neighbors in a manner much like Facebook. Many people use it to see any event happenings in our neighborhood, recommendations for contractors, safety issues, lost pets, and other communication. Next door also includes larger communities including Okemos and Meridian Township.
Nextdoor knows you can join a neighborhood group by matching your verified residential address and location settings to the geographic area defined for that specific group
Note: Nextdoor likes to send a ton of emails and unsubscribing requires you to uncheck hundreds of options. It might be easier to just add an email filter to your email to just delete all emails from next door (nextdoor.com) or send them into a different folder.
